Donna has spent over 25 years’ working within the ICT industry, with more than two thirds of her career focused on implementing Enterprise Architectures across organisations in Australia, New Zealand and Europe. She has a practical approach to teaching and mentoring staff in all the Enterprise Architecture disciplines and with her extensive Business Analysis experience, and enjoys seeing the value added to each participant and organisation when they apply new enterprise architecture tools and methodology.

Training Credentials

Donna has provided Enterprise Architecture training to clients from a broad range of industries throughout Australia and New Zealand. As the key trainer for QLD Govt. during the deployment of System Architect and BPMN across QLD, Donna trained staff from eighteen (18) Govt. departments in Enterprise Architecture and Business Process Modelling using the Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN).

With over 25 years’ experience in the ICT industry, Donna has performed a wide variety of roles such as Project Director, Project Manager, Enterprise Architect, Business Architect, Method Consultant, Change Manager, Senior Business Analyst and Process Analyst.

Donna has several years of Information Technology and business transformation experience in both the public and private sector with key emphasis on Enterprise Architecture, Business Process Modelling, Business Transformation and Application Software implementations. Using her ICT background Donna has delivered many enterprise business solutions and in collaboration with multiple stakeholders, including external vendors and internal suppliers, she has managed the implementation of third party vendor solutions, from the procurement stage through the selection and contract negotiation stages and finally the deployment of the selected solution.

Donna believes in using a practical approach to training and shares her practical experiences with her students. She is passionate about making the training courses enjoyable for her students whilst learning the theory as well as the practical implementation of those disciplines.
