Applied Business Architecture, 4 Days – Classroom

This four-day discovering business architecture course interweaves elements of theory, practice and evaluation. Attendees will be split into teams based upon agreed focus and capability alignment. Attendees will be assigned a case study problem at the start of the course and will then be taken through a staged approach to solve this problem. Teams will compete as two competitive businesses and within each stage a series of activities will be undertaken.
