TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Payment can be made using purchase order, bank transfer or credit card (American Express only accepted in Australia.
  2. Please note that an invoice will be issued upon receipt of your registration and will include payment instructions. American Express credit card payments incur a 2.75% surcharge.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations and registration amendments must be made in writing.
  2. Up to 4 weeks (20 working days) prior to the scheduled course date, the client may cancel with full refund, transfer to an alternate course date or substitute attendees.
  3. Up to 2 weeks (10 working days) prior to the scheduled course date, the client may transfer to an alternate course date or substitute attendees.
  4. Within 2 weeks the client may nominate a substitute attendee only, cancellation or non-attendance will result in the forfeit of payments paid or due.
  5. Participants who fail to complete the course or are absent for any part of the course are not entitled to a refund. Enterprise Architects may, at its discretion, offer the participant the opportunity to attend another training or re-sit sections that were missed on the course.

Payments

  1. Payments must be received in full or a purchase order must be provided before the commencement of training.
  2. Training material and certification vouchers will not be issued until a purchase order or payment has been received in full.

Early Bird Policy

  1. Bookings made 4 weeks prior to the course commencement date will be eligible for a 10% Early bird discount.

General

  1. Enterprise Architects reserves the right to change the named instructor at any time prior to or during the course.
  2. Enterprise Architects reserves the right to change the scheduled course date at any time.
